Kim has extensive experience as a commercial leader in multinational companies within electronics, foodtech, biotech, medtech, and pharma industries.

Kim’s 25+ years of experience includes international B2B sales and marketing positions across these industries, making him exceptionally skilled in strategic sales, executive coaching and headhunting.  He also understands the ins and outs of product launches, go-to-market strategies, business building and in particular newest trends in neuroscience leadership.

Prior to founding Budolph ApS, Kim held leadership positions in multinational companies, including FOSS, GN Otometrics, Novozymes, Widex and Alcon (Novartis).

Kim Budolph Johansen leverages premier leadership development experience from INSEAD, Performance Consultants International, the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC/ICF) – a globally recognized designation for advanced coaching mastery, rigorous training, and proven client impact – he brings deep expertise in systemic team coaching (AoEC) and advanced supervision practice (Renewal Associates).

He speaks Danish, Swedish and English fluently.
